Blip visitors

Hello Blip world, long time, no see! I've been inspired to blip a photo of our visitors tonight - Phil (Pilipo - pictured) and Cynthia (connections) from Bellingham, Washington - one full state away. We've had several visits with these lovely people, and they make an annual trek to Portland (because it's such a weird great city!), so we usually get at least a quick visit once a year. We've also met them on their turf. 

It's been ghastly hot here for days, with more to come, so as the sun settled in the west, we sat under the the apple tree, sipped lemonade and ate fruit, chatted about travels (theirs) and other adventures, about our shared love of singing, and of mutual friends. Such a treat to see them again, and the evening went far too quickly.
