Queens View.
Stopped at Queens View cafe, and walked up to the viewing area. The trees have been beautiful, with the partly opened leaves a soft shade of green, with the sunlight allowing us to see the ferns, mosses, primroses and other plants growing underneth them. Other times we have been in Scotland, it had been in full summer and this was a totally different look to the woods.
A quick stop at Fortingall to see the oldes Yew tree, then onto Kinghorn for the night. Met R, who showed us around his jewellry business, the finished product and the raw materials – he and his business partner find stones (marble, agate etc) and also buy other gems, from these they get jewellry made. I brought 3 pendants – 1 for myself and 2 for presents.
Then we went to the tree house where we were staying for the night – different, a lot smaller than I thought it would be. But we had a comfy night, with the owners cat keeping us company.
