Fan-tastic

I wasn't sure what to expect at work today, in terms of heat.

Luckily, my surgery is at the back of the building and I have a window that opens so it's not been too bad.

I brought a fan from home, as an 'in case of emergency' option; this provided a welcome breeze this afternoon.
I have to consider my patients comfort too, don't want them fainting on me!
