Vegan!

Went vegan at tea time tonight! One of the girls I look after is vegan so I've become a lot more aware of food and what's in it recently. This was a curry we'd tried whilst camping at the weekend and made our own version of it tonight/ The really good thing is it was one of the nights that E was staying for tea so I didn't need to cook something different for her.
