The six-month long Russell Road road closure is coming to an end. The scaffolding and cladding on the newly refurbished railway bridges is coming off and daylight is revealing all sorts of abandoned stuff. The hi-viz thing had disappeared by this evening. Business as usual duelling with motor traffic looms (it usually settles down after a week or two).
