Choices

Last year when I walked, people would often remark, "you must be very strong" when they saw my pack. How was I supposed to know that I didn't need a sleeping bag and a travel pillow? I was jealous of the minuscule bag my friend Gwyn carried. It looked like all he had stored was a care bear. I've been back and forth for days about which pack to use. I'm leaning lighter. Suffice to say, there will not be space to stop at the espadrille store in Madrid again. Or I could just buy a back to check. I'm ready to start walking.
