Snow and Ice

Because I had appointments in town today, I didn't go to the Snow Farm. Instead I decided to check out Diamond Lake to see if it had iced over yet.  Yes it had, but I didn't stand on the ice, as it didn't look very thick.  I will listen to the local grapevine to hear when the ice skating has started. I'll go up then and get photos of all the icy activities.. It's another beautiful sunny day, I bet the ski fields were buzzing.  

Going to get my daughter off the bus now, she is home for the holidays from Christchurch..
