High Regard

The title doesn't only apply to the elevated artist painting the logo of Ecliptic Brewing, where we enjoyed a long leisurely lunch with beer tastings today.

Everything about this place was first class -- the food, beer, service, and the interior design. My foodie traveling companion said the food was eclectic, imaginative and beautifully rendered.

We were equally impressed by the beer. After the taster of Blackberry Sour, Cynthia ordered a glass. I particularly liked the Saisons, one of which was a collaboration with Dogfish Head.

Coincidentally, Ecliptic is the featured Brewer for the Green Frog weekly Brewer's Night. It will be the first time for their beer to be tapped in Bellingham.
