Wide Angle Wednesday - Architecture

This is one of my favourite old houses at Blackwood. Built in 1881 for a wealthy business and parliamentarian William Townsend, it typifies classic upperclass local architecture from a little over 100 years ago. I would say the design is an Australian version of a basic British design.
