Dandy Pratt

Kerikeri Rotary Club organised a garden safari this weekend and 17 kind families allowed people to wander through and admire their gardens.
It was great if:
a) you are new to the area; and
b) you are by nature nosy !
There were some terrific gardens on display and some fabulous properties to admire. I took a lot of photos but this quirky sculpture/weather vane, entitled:
'Dandy Pratt steals the washing line' , appealed to me. It was positioned as a centre piece on a free standing pole about 4m high surrouned by palms. Great ideas for future garden development !
