Barolo

This is where we started and ended the walk today. It was much hotter than previously and I was very glad of the hydration pack that I had with me - I drank over a litre of water on our return journey from the village of Monforte d'Alba where we had lunch.

The extra photos are of the church at the top of Monforte - I wouldn't want to live there if I had any mobility problems - and also more vineyards on our descent from Monforte.
