A hairy caterpillar....

Was going into my house in the afternoon and spotted this on the mat outside the door!  Usually the hairy caterpillars here are not friendly to touch so I didn't touch him, just took a photo - he was moving at a speed so am glad I managed to get him at all! I am amazed at the colouring in his body!

Had another busy day in preparation for another teaching day tomorrow!  Lots of problems to try to sort out too....
