Female indigo bunting?

I think I am right on this but I may be horribly wrong. I am hoping Kimb will see this and correct me. I have added two extras of raindrops after this morning's short, sharp shower. One is of drops caught in a spider web on a sedum.

Thank you for all the appreciation of the bees which were not as sharp as I would have liked. I actually trod on a bee yesterday, in my sandals, which stung a bit but nothing serious. Just shows how much clover we have in our grass (I will not grace it with the title"lawn"). Further excitement from yesterday: I actually managed to trap a mole!
