LOCH

I'm not fond of taking landscape shots, so while we were down my the loch I was more interested in the water lilies, till the FCG said how nice the landscape was with all the little stone houses.  Not being from the prairies, I tend not to notice stuff like that  - but I did today. 

Hot, hot, hot.  We abandoned plans for walking and exploring, apart from ambling through the shade of the bird reserve.  

Happy Canada Day to all my Canadian friends and family!  We left Canada in rather different circumstances a year ago today - what a difference a year has made to one very special person.
