The easiest bread recipe in the world?
....probably!
225g strong white plain flour
1/2 tspoon salt
7g sachet easy blend yeast
150ml warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
(plus extra to grease and flour the tin/tray)
Mix the dry ingredients, make a well in the centre.
Add the water and oil. Mix with a spoon and then knead on a floured surface for 10 mins (ish!)
You'll probably need to add a bit more flour at the kneading stage.
Then split into 4/6 rolls and bake for 10 mins at Gas mark 8/230 Centigrade.
