The beautiful and damned

I was entranced (yes really!) By this full page spread of F Scott Fitzgerald and wife Zelda, in the Sunday paper today. This picture us not well reproduced in my blip, but both are looking so intently into the camera, it's eerie. It is luxurious to have a full page pic like this - what a glamorous 1920s couple. The style of that time is gorgeous: the marcel waves, pearls, his 3 piece suit... I hear the play of The Great Gatsby is in London; a full telling of the story, it is an 8 hr performance! Need a big cushion for that one!
