Sunrise

at 04..53am!

I was unable to sleep much due to the heat last night and whilst tossing and turning thought that if I was awake at the time I'd try to get a sunrise shot....and so it was!  Unfortunately I couldn't actually see the sun where I was, it was behind the trees in the park...

I'm glad I went then as the sun did not last long before clouding over...

Some more early morning shots in flickr as I took a walk through the town (market setting up) and down the canal a little way (I didn't seen the swans and cygnets today though)..

Blip and run!  Off to work...

So glad there's only today and tomorrow, then its the weekend :)
