Pictures & Woodwork.

An Astilbe in flower.

Variety is Rheinland.
We have had this plant for quite some time and is now in flower. The flowers look very silky and this particular variety the flowers are a pinky white. To succeed with this plant one must keep it well watered or the flowers do not come to much.
When the flowers die back they change to a light brown but still in the same formation as the grew in flower. Looks nice against their dark green leaves.

Sorry I have not blipped since I have returned from my LPH holiday, but have been back at work and getting some jobs around the house and garden.
Also sorry for not commenting on your shots, I will get around to it!
I have included a couple of other flower shots as well.
Bit of a fall back blip on the garden again.

Take care.
