Mini garden decor

Took a stroll around part of the City walls today and spotted this very unusual decor in a garden abutting the walls close to Micklegate Bar. Couldn't resist.

My extra blip is of a new fence alongside the river Foss where there was none before. Part of the initiative to help prevent partygoers falling into the water.
