In order to feel at one with the ladies who walk - back home in Yorkshire - who walk around St Ives every Thursdsy - I climbed an aerobic hill - in Cornwall - in the rain - to be rewarded by views of St Ives

Then drove to Land's End - walked another stretch of the South West Coastal Footpath - to Sennen Cove - and walked back on inland paths - taking in this view of surf and turf

No surf and turf on the menu tonight unfortunately
