The Eternal Sleep

Nothing lasts forever

"It's a symbol of what is to be

I've always wondered what death was like
I keep saying to myself that it's a good thing
because it must happen, and death is a journey
but a journey to where, no one knows.

As I stood in tears for this baby, because he barely saw the light of day
I than wondered what happened to his parents, brothers and sisters
were they all dead as well.
If so would he meet them, or just be stuck in a void of his own

Life is an Adventure, and Death a journey within it.
"Why do the good die young", says he
he who doesn't harm anyone, but is harmed every second
he who is helpless, the attack of bullying from his friends

But I protect hims like my brother
I could never see such harm from another person caused
from his own friend, not out of anger, but humiliation

I don't blame my friend for hurting him
that's all he knows. Mixed emotions, and pain
so as soon as the line is crossed, someone must be hurt

These are my friends. The Possum in this shot
the bulyee , and bully. But where does that leave me
in a sleep that never ends, a circle, with nothing but a light at the end
and a dream forgotten.
