The Kessock Bridge

We are staying the night in B&B just outside Inverness.
This is the Kessock Bridge which opened in 1982. I remember crossing on the ferry that operated prior to that date and there is no way that ferries could have coped with the current volume of traffic crossing the bridge.

Shortly after this blip was taken, the skies darkened and we had a plonk of thundery rain. Here's hoping it is better tomorrow.
