What a difference a day makes!!

Yesterday the car thermometer said 32c, this afternoon it said 14c! Thankfully by the evening the rain had stopped and the sun had come out and the temperature had risen, slightly!!

Headed to the park for a very long overdue get-together with my oldest school friend, and an evening of 'Opera in the Park', part of the town's annual music festival. I'd like to say that it was a very cultural evening, but we spent the whole time catching up on news from the last few months, and somehow we managed to get through a bottle of Prosecco! We were the last two people left sitting in the park, need I say any more?!!
