The Village

Thank you for your kind comments yesterday. I'm on the mend, after plenty of sleep, ibuprofen and eucalyptus.
I had an appointment this morning with a new dentist who was wonderful. He fixed my front tooth, which has been chipped for four years, and I'm going back later in the month for a bridge.
To make myself feel even better, I went to the lovely Palmerston Cafe for raspberry ripple ice cream.
This evening I went out to our Fairtrade Village meeting/social. I'm proud to live in a Fairtrade village and proud of these signs, which we fought a long battle to have put up.
But that's another story.
