Forever Friends

Had dinner tonight with a friend from my teens - our lives have taken very different directions and not really seen each other since my wedding almost 29 years ago - so isn't it amazing that I feel like I still love her and could easily go on holiday together and never run out of things to talk about? She has acquired a very beautiful daughter (as have I - two actually, plus a son each).
