End of the road

Cycled up the River Conan in the morning, which was lush, crossing over the river at Loch Maig.

Back to the house, then I cycled over to Cromarty in the afternoon. Rob wasn't keen - stating that Cromarty has 'end of the world syndrome', saying that you're either a ned or arty-farty if you live there. I only saw 3 people - a guy cycling down from Wick having done Lands End to John O Groats, and two girls who were throwing their shoes at a cat.

Just caught the 2 car ferry leaving to Nigg, which was nice to see. The firth was full of Oil Platforms that are built at Nigg - very impressive things, so huge they drawf the whole of the surroundings.

Windy going, pushed all the way home.
