Before......

The two leaning trees in the background of the shot and in the extra photo are due to be cut down on Monday to open up our view across the valley and up into the nearby ancient woodland.  They are both crack willows with very shallow roots and would probably fall down in the next few years. But we are keen to have a wider view of the fields and countryside at the end of the garden.

However, on a positive note, several pieces of the trees will have a new home in fellow blipper, ApolloFly's house.  We will have a first blip meet when she and her husband come to collect the wood which is going to make a natural area in her garden.  I am sure she will blip the pieces of wood when they are in position!

Sorry that I am neglecting some of you re comments etc. Life is just very hectic at present.
