Well just after.  An early start this morning, K up north and me on puppy duty with a 7 am conference call at work (not the office in the roof).  So the alarm set at 5 am, and a walk after a cup of tea!  Strangely not much of a chore once I was out, it was cool, crisp with morning mist.
