2 miles from the car (Day 57)

Heavy overnight rain left the ground really wet for this morning's wander up the hill. Thankfully the sun had re-appeared and the dogs and I got back home dry.
I trundled off to carry on with prepping a floor for tiling, leaving my beautiful wife holding the fort. I came home for a quick lunch before we all headed for Yesnaby. I wandered north towards Skaill and turned round at the cairn which overlooks Skaill. The view here is always spectacular and I couldn't help blipping it again.
Back home and there was an emergency call out to deal with. It is time to settle down with the wifeycle and a bottle of beer. The end of another 8 mile day...
