Beer Ice Cream

Trying something new, Carlsberg were having a "Friday Bar" up in the visitors centre. There was free entry to the courtyard with bar, grill and live music. I'd been asked if I could try and catch a bit of the atmosphere. I think this counts. He's making beer ice cream Heston style and it was rather bloody good. A great event, these guys really can organise a piss up in a brewery.
