Dandelion seeds

I found a loose dandelion seed resting on top of a dandelion clock.
Maybe it couldn't wait to fly out to the big open sky or maybe it just wanted to rest on the fluffy soft bed before it entered into a dangerous world.

It is amazing that this really thin soft fluffy bit blows in the wind and carries the seed.
