Ap joomuk

This was difficult. I've had several ideas for Taekwon Do themed blips, starting with a fist. I imagined a sharp focus on the front of the fist with a soft background, and finally got something similar to that I had in mind. Had to use cable shutter release and a bit of trial and error. A camera with liveview and a rotatable screen would be GREAT for this.

'Ap joomuk' is Korean for forefist, the first attacking tool learned in Taekwon Do.

Note - staring at your own hands for an extended period of time causes them to appear WEIRD.
