THE FIVE SPOT BURNET

There were several flying and landing on the purple flowers at the Heempark, where I went in the afternoon.
In the morning Piet Hein and I had headed to the sea, where a lot of people were walking, bathing and lying in the sand.
The water is now very pleasant to go in, and our walk along the beach was pleasant too.
A wind from the south, the sand began to fly too.
Summertime, what a delight.

Between the green grasses
All purple flowers invite
The insects to land
