at weddings

I've experienced it too.

We went to a wedding of my friend today. And as it normally goes here in Finland, there is a band playing finnish dance music - like fox, waltz and tango.

And we've been to many weddings where my wife has wanted to dance, but I've had the thoughts that 'I cannot dance'.
Been afraid of failing. How humiliating that would have been.

But not today. Today I thought - maybe I cannot dance, but we can practice.

So we went to the dance floor. And we danced like we did on our weddings.
And it was fun. Fun like on our weddings. Yay!

The little princess was home with her grandma. We arrived back home around 2am. Fun.
