Fun & frolics

One of those rare days which ticked all of the boxes. We managed to sidestep the showers and get a decent morning walk before I headed off for an afternoon at the movies, leaving the woofer in the more than capable hands of the lovely dog sitter.

Afternoon tea and cake followed before heading home to check on the aforementioned woofer who was exhausted from an afternoon of swimming.

Then onto a sashimi dinner with a friend before attending a more informal 4th of July celebration party. Not much in the way food thankfully but the endless supply of gin ensured a good time was had by all. Cheesy dancing was mandatory.

I've a feeling I shall be in pain tomorrow both for the social media posts and from the rather exuberant dancing!!
