The heat before the storm

Pinch punch first day of the month..

Wow! The hottest day of the year 30 degrees..Yes even in the north!

I was sweltering even with all the windows opened at home. So as I'm on a role with training...I went to the gym again to cool down with the air con!! My plan was to do an hours workout and then go for a run outside...nope far too hot! I ended up running on the ol'hamster wheel.

Later on in the evening I started to hear noises on the conservatory...looked out the window and it was lashing it down with rain, thunder and lightening! A proper tropical storm.

Was pretty amazing!
