Megalithic Ireland

Went off in search of some ancient history today. This is at Beaghmore where there are 7 stone circles and 10 cairns. Astonishing.
And after a good lunch and my first Guinness of the holiday, the hill fort at Tullyhogue where the ancient kings of Ireland were crowned.
I'm not sure what father in law thought but he entered into it in good spirit.
Tonight pizza and wine with brother and sister in law :-)
