Going Ape

And so I spent my 60th Birthday high, and i mean high, in the trees in the Forest of Delamere delicately crossing wobbly rope bridges, swinging from tree to tree, sliding down zip wires and having a thoroughly splendid time, but let me tell you, when you are hanging from a cargo net forty feet off the ground, unable to move, you certainly learn some life lessons, and kick yourself up your own bottom and get on with it.
