Sunshine before the rain

Leisurely having a morning cup of tea and contemplating taking the dogs for a walk. Took a picture of the sun hitting the other side of the loch and some dark clouds about. By the time I got myself together to take the dogs out it started spitting. They were all pretty tired so a quick blast round an empty field was enough. Just as we got back inside the heavens opened with heavy heavy rain! A day off yippee! I started my strawberry cider homebrew, made pancakes and bacon for lunch, did a little house work then read my book.

16c 20mph E strong wind and heavy rain in the morning. Wind and rain easing by the afternoon when the midgies appeared.
