Fourth of July ...

Parade in Alameda!  Great fun watching all the floats go by!  My favourites were the horses, dancing to the music-amazing!  Followed by a guy riding a special bike with dustbin attached to pick up any droppings!  
There were war veterans, one with a very impressive array of medals, there were children and a float with musicians from Alameda academy the children's school!  
Eventually I hope to get some of the shots on Flickr!
