The Mystery of the Missing Melon

Back-blipping, once again!

It's market day on a Wednesday in Deptford, so I had a quick trip there to see if they had any bedding plants left.

It was the hottest day and I was feeling a bit weary with my bags of plants and fruit.  I then felt a bit cross when the gates closed across the creek and I had to wait while the road bridge lifted to let a boat through. I felt even more annoyed after, as I started walking when I realised that one of my bags was empty and I'd lost a melon I'd bought!  It must have rolled away when I put the bags down to take this photo! I had to chuckle after at the thought of the melon escaping and rolling down the road.
