Husavik

I told you they have lots of lupins around here! 

The morning started with another soak in the hot tub with fjordside views and sounds.
Then we drove on to Husavik along the beautiful mountain road Öxnaladur. Up there it was supersunny and a boiling 14°C!!!

We reached the seaside town Husavik by late afternoon. Weather conditions would have been perfect for a whale watching tour but unfortunately the tour operator would only do a tour with at least two people, so I couldn't go :( Hopefully the weather will be still as fine tomorrow morning and other people will want to take a trip out as well! 

Sleeping by a lake in the middle of thousands of lupins tonight.
