Portrait

Lots of good stuff today.

Nailed the sermon quite early and it was a reasonably stress free experience for a change. I had anticipated it taking most of the day so it was a bonus to be able to pop into the Big Art show and find Mark and his stand. I ended up sitting for a portrait which was a first and I quite enjoyed sitting there just watching the world go by.

This evening I went to a bit of a reunion at BRJ as the school is closing in two weeks time. It was lovely to catch up with great colleagues who I haven't seen for about nine years. Lots of laughs and reminiscing about good times. I went for a wander on my own around the site - all quite nostalgic really and I owe the place and the people quite a debt for starting me off on this teaching lark.
