Rain's down

From this to this. Crazy weather. It's 0830. We're on our way to swimming lessons. I don't know why we're bothering with brollies. We're abut to get wet anyway.

Early morning cozzie fest followed by nursery graduation for the little little one.

Sweet. Am struggling with the whole 'children grow up' thing today...

Given the weather, we took them to see Minions. I had high hopes. They were dashed. Kids enjoyed it. I almost fell asleep. I was disappointed to the point of irritated. Essentially first five minutes are good and the end credits are worth hanging about for... But the long bit in the middle ... Less so.

We've watched a couple of good films this weekend though: Birdman and Ex Machina. Both excellent. Might even squeeze another one in before the weekend is out :)
