Bye Bye Sharks :-(

Booooooooooo hooooooooooo!! It's my last day here at WSP today!

I went out on the morning boat trip to say goodbye to the sharks for another year!

This has been the best trip here I've had for shark sightings. June/July/August is the best time to come so I think I will be coming back in July next year :-)

After the trip, I headed back to the vol house to get changed and then I said my goodbyes.....

I am spending tonight & tomorrow with my friends Adrian & Kari who live just south of Cape Town. Ade was the marine biologist on the boat on my first 2 trips here in 2009 and he is now concentrating on his masters and PhD research. It is great to see him again and to finally meet Kari who had heard so much about!

Tomorrow morning, we are going out on Ade's research boat to see if we can see some breaching sharks and we have to leave at 4.45am.........
