Bromley SC's Up and Coming

H and her friend took part in their first time trials today. They were truly ace! Heidi's been croaky all weekend and was a little overwhelmed by the occasion, saying she felt ill and didn't want to swim, but with the promise of a treat if she swam well, she perked up. And swam brilliantly! 25m of fly, breast and back and then 50m freestyle. She remembered all the little technical bits she's been taught recently and gave it her all, as did her friend. I am so proud of you.
