English Summer

A long but lovely day in Cambridge today. This shot entertains me on many levels. English stereotypes of young men in white playing cricket on a summer afternoon, especially on Parker's Piece, a green area in the centre of Cambridge (where the bus stop is, I'm afraid I wouldn't have sought out a cricket match, even for your entertainment), all combined with the fact that the day wasn't at all English! I spent it with a lot of Indians and Brits who also support UESI, the Indian Christian student movement. Lovely people, fascinating information and a tasty lunch. What more could I ask for? Actually, there is one thing - a longer lie-in!
