Bus blip of the River Cuckmere.

Last night's rain wasn't torrential, but at least has dampened things down. The meanders are still filled up here. You can just see the much-photographed coastguard cottages at the back on the right. They are perched right  on the cliff edge and may be at risk from revised sea defence plans (Environment Agency responsibility).
