Purple haze

The lavender is spectacular at the moment in our garden. The bush is getting huge and we will probably need to cut it back later this year, but we'll enjoy it for now. It rained this morning so the garden has been nicely watered. We have been so fortunate and avoided all the thunderstorms that have been so violent in a lot of the country in the last few days. Tragically, two people were killed at the top of a mountain in Wales due to lightning strikes.
