Nice night for an evening dip

Gym this morning and it was hard work. Went to the rar rar meeting at work now they have decided to shake up the R&D department and make project teams for each new product they are developing instead of having people work on both product. Won’t help the fact we are 6 months late on the project I have been assigned to and the deadline isn’t moving.

Came back and collected SC. She is doing the Corryvreckan swim with us in September but hasn’t been in open water this year yet. Went to Portie for a nice 1K swim. Bit colder that Buttermere and no way near as clear. Came back to more ironing
